What You’ll Do

Once you’ve got everything you need, here’s the fun part!

First, we’ll want to make our letter L. Download and print the letter L template (below) on cardstock. Cut it out.

Now, take that L and trace it onto a sheet of craft foam (any color). Carefully cut out the letter L shape.

Next up, we’ll make our lizard friend! Print the lizard template on cardstock. Cut it out and trace it onto a colored craft foam sheet. Now, cut out your lizard shape.

We can add some personality to our lizard with a black marker. Feel free to get creative and draw on some details like scales or a cute little smile.

Now for the fun part – googly eyes! If you’re using them, pop those onto your lizard with a little glue.

Lastly, apply some glue to the back of your lizard and carefully stick it onto your letter L. Voila! You’ve just made an awesome L is for Lizard craft!

What if I don’t have a printer?

No problem! You can skip the template and freehand your own letter L and lizard shape onto the craft foam.
